The location is gorgeous right in the heart of the Langhe. The owner was very willing to accommodate our breakfast requests.

We left in a hurry and decided to go back home instead of staying at the property. When we arrived, no one was there to greet us—the lady was at the hairdresser—so we waited outside in 35 °C. There was no garden or play area, no air conditioning or balcony in the room (which didn’t match the description and was occupied by other guests). The breakfast room was small, dark, and messy. Our dog wasn’t welcome, and the price was too high for a two‑star place, as we discovered on the spot.

Breakfast was excellent, and the host was extremely attentive, repeatedly checking that we were comfortable. The hospitality was heartfelt. Even though the house is a bit remote—about 3 km away—I would return. The distance to Neive or Barbaresco (about 3 km) isn’t a problem.
