The facility, location and staff are excellent. Room cleaning to be improved
The staff are very friendly and helpful, the room is clean, comfortable. Great location in the center. Strongly recommend this hotel
“Demasiado ruidosa”
Que estaba en el centro y estaba limpio, pero no es un hostel en el que haya vida mochilera. Obras y ruidos de los aires acondicionados. Podrían hacer un descuento teniendo en cuenta que están haciendo obras en el edificio de al lado y que te despiertan pronto por la mañana y están todo el día picando piedra. sumado al ruido del aire, que sin estar encendido en tu habitación, hace un ruido tremendo. 2 noches sin pegar ojo

I didn't stay in the dorm new Saigon hostel as it didn't exist. The address 373/16 pham ngu lao was a takeaway. The phone number was not exist. I finally managed to get WiFi and email the hostel and the receptionist email me back and gave me the correct address. The hotel name Phan Anh at 373/6 pham ngu lao. I was asked if I could leave my suitcases there and I will check in later. When I came back and checked in the receptionist charged me 190000VN dong and took me to the near by hostel Long bed and breakfast. This Long hostel only cost 160000 VN including breakfast. I did raised my concern with the receptionist but he did nothing. I want what I paid for and not putting me where I did not want
Great location, service is good, I feel very safe and comfortable here , definitely recommended to solo travel
