The owner is incredibly sweet, always ready to accommodate any request. The location is ideal for those with cars who don’t want to stay in town centers, and Altamura, Gravina, and Matera are all reachable in just twenty minutes. Breakfast is genuinely homemade every morning, with the option to order something savory as well. The value for money is phenomenal. We stayed in the bungalow in the pine forest, and both the fridge in the room and the pool were lifesavers during the hot hours of this summer 2026. On the downside, the property feels a bit dated, and those used to the luxury of 4‑ or 5‑star hotels might be disappointed, but for our travel style nothing spoiled the stay. It’s perfect for people who don’t mind a few bugs, and after exploring the day’s sights, they’ll enjoy a quiet night in the pine forest with a cold beer in hand.

We had a wonderful stay. The bungalows are comfortable, quiet, and set in beautiful forest surroundings. We were near the pool, which was a very welcome addition to our already perfect stay. Our host was welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was delicious with homemade products. Nothing— it was brilliant.
The place is beautiful, set in the countryside around Altamura, with a pool, a small kids’ play area and tennis courts. Tall pines shade the garden, giving it a rustic feel and the well‑looked‑after animals add charm. The rooms are well‑equipped and spotless. The staff are outstanding and the owner is a truly special person. If you want to eat at the restaurant you have to book at least a day in advance.
