The place is huge and nicely put together, with massive rooms and really comfortable beds. There’s a pool, ping‑pong table and billiards, and the whole vibe feels home‑y—perfect if you’re traveling with friends.

I ended up making a lot of new friends and really liked how the guests were treated. Juliana, who runs the inn, was incredibly helpful, and overall it was an amazing experience.

The location is spot‑on, with free parking and a clean pool (even though I didn’t use it), and the bedding was fresh. However, I never felt safe – a guy in the next room was clearly on drugs, made a lot of noise, and I ended up leaving for another pousada.

My first hostel stay left me blown away by the energy; the staff made me feel like I was at a family’s house. Still, there were a few aspects that made it hard to fully enjoy the experience.
