The staff were friendly and helpful.
I requested a ground‑level room because of limited mobility, yet I was assigned an upstairs unit that I couldn't reach, so I left immediately. The staff were unhelpful and blamed me for the mistake. I booked in Gunnedah instead, which is a much better option.
Towel art lollies and hot chocolate were a hit, and the full‑block blinds kept the room dark; parking was a bit tight but everything else worked out.
