“Maximal 3 Sterne wenn überhaupt”
The only thing we liked was the breakfast. Absolutely terrible. Such a hotel deserves at most 3 stars if at all. The furniture was ancient, the toilet door wouldn’t close, walls and doors were all peeling. The cupboard door, as far as one can call it a cupboard, wouldn’t open because the sliding door was blocked by the safe. When we entered the room it was unbearably hot. I tried to turn on the air conditioner but it wouldn’t work. When I asked how the climate control worked, I was told it was switched off and would not be turned on this season because it supposedly isn’t that hot. We were told to open the window. That was impossible because the street right outside the hotel was being repaired all night with a jackhammer. I was furious at the reception and we were given another room. The air conditioner still didn’t work. Open the window, but the construction noise was still audible. Incredible. They then put a fan in the room. They claim this is a 5‑star hotel.
