I love the peacefulness of the place. I didn’t like that I have to pay to use the internet; they don’t offer free access.

The rooms were spacious, the kitchen fully equipped, and the place was spotless; the staff were incredibly helpful, and there was nothing negative to mention.

The location was superb, the staff were fantastic, and the grounds were well maintained, but the bed was uncomfortable and the living‑room furniture was terribly uncomfortable.

Tia was a pleasure to work with—courteous, friendly, and always ready to help make our stay amazing—yet last November 2024 our reservation was canceled without any notification; I had family visiting for Thanksgiving, and this left me in a difficult situation. When I called to request a downstairs unit, I learned my reservation had been canceled to accommodate an owner, which was very disappointing. The owners were given priority, and I was bumped to make room for them. Although they found us a room at the Oasis Resort in Palm Springs, the accommodations there were not the best, and our holiday experience suffered because Worldmark canceled my reservation without notice, which was extremely unprofessional.
