The air conditioning was excellent. Cleanliness needs improvement—at least change the sheets, clean the rooms and bathroom, and provide more variety at breakfast. The kitchen cleanliness was lacking; there were fruit flies around the fruit, and the laundry service was poor.

The place was amazing, especially the room—spacious enough for our family with two kids and even had induction cooking utensils, which was a real bonus. The terrace was a real treat; watching the evening fireworks from there made the trip unforgettable. We loved everything and would definitely recommend it. The only downside was the breakfast, which had a limited selection, but what they offered was still tasty and enjoyable.

The location was perfect for exploring Phu Quoc, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and the island’s natural beauty. After a day of sightseeing, it was wonderful to return to such a peaceful and comfortable hotel. Overall, LABE Hotel Phu Quoc surpassed our expectations, offering a great mix of comfort, cleanliness, hospitality, and value.
