The front‑desk lady was very rude. We asked for a ground‑floor room as requested in the app, but were given a hot upper‑floor room. She told us to leave if we didn’t like it.

I liked it a lot; it’s a good option for an overnight stay. The location is excellent and the river noise is very relaxing. The staff were very friendly, and I would definitely stay again. Everything was very good.
