The surroundings are beautiful, designed for peace and quiet, perfect for anyone wanting to relax. I especially appreciated Jane’s service at breakfast, everything was delicious, and although the coffee was extra, it was worth it with the lovingly prepared local Minas delicacies. The only drawback is the distance; it’s far from the city, but the road is good and well signposted, so for a restful getaway it’s more than worth it.

“Lugar é lindo! Mas é pouco afastado do centro !”

Everything was very comfortable, clean, and smelled nice. The breakfast was simple but tasty. The view is stunning – you feel connected to nature with the sound of the stream and birds. The lodge’s pets were wonderful and I fell in love with them. The host helped me arrange a local Uber and was very helpful in getting me there. The location is tricky, especially at night. There’s no road signage or lighting, many dirt potholes, so don’t drive a regular car; the GPS misleads you to the wrong entrance – the first sign the owner put up. Don’t follow the GPS or you’ll miss the entrance. There’s also no internet signal or network.

“Lindo demais”

The view here is amazing, no complaints there. However, my family mentioned that the air conditioning makes a lot of noise - I didn't find it too bothersome myself, but it's something to consider if you're a light sleeper.
