I was surprised to find that they had a list of extra charges that I hadn't been made aware of before booking. It seemed like they were trying to nickel and dime me at every turn, which left a bad taste in my mouth. The staff seemed friendly enough, but the overall experience was just too expensive for my liking.

To be honest, there's nothing good about this hotel. I booked a room, but the reception staff denied my booking and demanded extra money. They even charged me an extra 500 rupees for the room, which was ridiculous. The staff's behavior was very rude, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel's location was perfect, but unfortunately, the noise from the street outside made it hard to sleep. The staff were friendly, but not very helpful when I tried to ask them about the noise.

The staff at this hotel were completely unprofessional. I'd booked a room for the day, but they didn't even confirm my booking. When I arrived, they told me the room wasn't available, and then asked me to leave at midnight. To make matters worse, the hotel is far from the train station, and the location wasn't clearly mentioned.
