The stay was pleasant in this nicely decorated room, which was spacious and had a comfortable bed. The host was very friendly, welcomed us before check‑in, and offered good restaurant suggestions. There was private parking. The room faced the road, so as expected there was a lot of noise; earplugs were essential.

The location is perfect for heading to Poetto beach or the city centre thanks to nearby bus stops. The room was spacious and very clean, the balcony was a plus, and Carlo welcomed us warmly, spent time showing us bus stops, and sent us great places to drink and eat. Nothing to complain about.

The room was very clean and had a fairly large bathroom with a shower. The balcony was the highlight. A communal kitchen was available for use, and beach umbrellas were also provided. I received many restaurant recommendations and tips. The shower water pressure could be improved, but otherwise everything was great. It isn’t very central, but the city centre is reachable quickly by bus or car.

The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, and the place looked fresh, so everything was spotless. The host was very helpful from day one, sending us plenty of Sardinia tips that really made our holiday better, and he was always ready for any hiccup, even offering snacks throughout our stay. The location is pretty good, about a 10‑minute drive from Cagliari centre, Poetto beach, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. I highly recommend it! The only thing that could have improved the experience was the curtain: it helps block morning light but doesn’t stop it entirely, which might be a bit annoying for some people.
