The hotel is extremely close to the Haram on Ibrahim Khalil Street, with plenty of elevators that are always available. The reception kept saying they would provide whatever I needed, but I had to ask several times. The air‑conditioning and Wi‑Fi work well. The building is a little old but still functional. The room had no carpet on the floor, and when I asked housekeeping they said all rooms are like that. There was no kettle for hot water or drinks, so I had to email through Booking; the response was surprisingly quick and they fixed everything. I don’t like writing a bad review, but the location is great, the price is reasonable, and with a few small fixes it could earn a higher rating.

The room was spacious. The front‑desk staff were rude; most people in this country are arrogant, never respectful, and always shout.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Haram, about a 15‑minute walk at a normal pace, and there are plenty of hotels and restaurants nearby. It’s a very busy, crowded area because of its proximity to the Haram. The AC and hot water worked all the time, and there were many elevators, so I didn’t have to wait long to reach my floor. Reception is mainly Arabic‑speaking but has staff who can help in other languages. The staff were respectful, especially Mr. Ridwan, who was always ready to help with daily cleaning or to provide toiletries. He deserves a special shout‑out for making our stay as comfortable as possible, which is why I’m rating the hotel higher than I would otherwise. The prices could be lower.
