The hosts were friendly, though they didn't speak English; we managed to communicate in Russian. I stayed remotely in touch with their daughters via English. All the basic amenities were present, the apartment was spacious, and the terrace offered a nice view.

The best choice for anyone looking for a high‑quality scenic spot that’s also car‑friendly. The view is truly impressive, overlooking the bay, Iglau, and Black Mountain, and you can park your car in a shaded spot. The hosts were hospitable—thanks, Rada! The space is roomy with a view terrace, a garden, and subtropical greenery away from the main road, yet easily accessible. In the mornings and evenings you hear birds and even rarer animals, with no traffic noise. You’ll find it easy to drive near all key locations; just drop by a few minutes, use nearby mall parking on the lower line, then walk along the promenade or head to the beaches. A special shout‑out to the smart, friendly dog Simba, who instantly recognizes guests and quietly guards and greets them. We heard golden jackals calling on Black Mountain in the evenings. This is definitely not a mass‑market spot for crowds on the front line; it’s for those who value their own trail and independence from the crowd. Thanks again to Rada and her daughters!

We enjoyed the accommodation, the courtyard, the bird church, and the fresh air. The host treated us wonderfully, the lodging and garden were gorgeous, even better than the photos, and the kids loved it. We’d love to come back and move here again—highly recommended. 😊

Peace and quiet, secure parking included in the price, very comfortable beds, a terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding area, very friendly and helpful owners, everything you need is included in the apartment, a separate entrance, high ceilings, no need to turn on the air conditioning, and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining area, much larger than in the photos. An ideal place to relax and enjoy trips to the beach or to explore the historical sites, ports, and restaurants in the area
