Everything worked well except for the bathroom on the second floor. I booked a private bathroom for three nights, yet the water stopped completely on the last night. Even after checking out in the morning, the problem remained unresolved. I called the hotel several times but received no reply. A technician promised to fix it the next morning, but when I woke up it was still broken, forcing me to climb to the third floor for a shower.
