The chance to swim in the SWIMMING‑POOL (+ Sauna + hydro‑massage!) is great – I’ve never seen anything like it while traveling abroad. The staff are kind and ready to help, including the room‑cleaning crew. There is no breakfast, so in the future I’d suggest offering a BAR/Café (cafeteria) with basic items (tables, tea/coffee, yogurt, bread…) – it would be a great solution for people coming to do sports there or for those waiting for their children.

The room was clean and comfortable, warm, with water, tea, coffee, clean towels, and you could leave your luggage at reception after checkout.

We arrived at 1:00 AM after a late flight and the check‑in staff only spoke Polish, so we had to use a phone translator. Our names weren’t on her list even though the reservation was confirmed, and she tried to kick us out at 2:00 AM. After insisting, she finally got the manager or another staff member awake, and we ended up sleeping on a hallway sofa until a room was assigned at 6:30 AM, which had been rushed‑cleaned and was far from spotless. The next day they apologized, blaming a Booking issue, and offered a 25 % discount that felt inadequate. A frustrating experience we’d rather forget.
