The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The bed is small and uncomfortable. The next day my children and I had red stains all over our bodies. On top of that they washed the curtains with a very strong product that kept us from sleeping all night. It was nasty.

The water dispenser had a disconnected plug; I inserted coins and got no refund. The shade didn't block the light completely.

I was initially impressed, though the vibe felt a bit dated, but we were assigned a room where the air conditioning didn't work. The bathroom was tiny and windowless. The next morning they moved us to a different room, yet that bathroom still had a non‑functional hair dryer and the bed was uncomfortable and sagging. During breakfast they refused to let our 4‑kg dog in, so we had to eat in an adjacent room like outcasts. Overall, the experience was negative and I don't think we'll return.
