The property was in the city center, clean, and the whole staff were helpful. Dustin stood out – he was very kind, provided exceptional service, was patient, and went above and beyond. We had an urgent medical issue and Dustin helped locate a nearby doctor, resolving the problem, so we’re grateful. He also gave great recommendations for local Korean restaurants. No negatives.

We really enjoyed staying at Hotel First Stay and would definitely come back if we visit Korea again; the rooms feel a bit warm when we first arrive, but each one has an air conditioner and an air purifier that cools it down within minutes. The rooms are reasonably sized for the price, and the main draw is the location—great restaurants everywhere and train and bus stations in convenient spots. The staff were friendly, especially Luna, who went above and beyond to help with anything we needed, like printing documents. The only downside was that our rooms had no windows.
