The location, cleanliness and staff were spot on, and nothing else was lacking – everything was excellent.

The staff were very good, but the hotel sits in a food and restaurant desert; public transport is possible yet difficult, the room needed flooring and other repairs, and the first room they gave me had an awful bed.

We love the location of the hotel. Room was ideal and it was quiet. Great breakfast and lay helping at breakfast was very helpful and friendly. We didn't have any milk, teabags or biscuits in the room
