The price was decent for the comfort, the location was great, the rooftop felt open, the staff were bright and kind, but the rooftop was clean yet underused, and there was no soothing music inside the building.

The best part was the seat; in the busiest part of the fifth district, everything was convenient, but the soundproofing was awful, with no effect at all, it was too noisy, a Chinese aunt from the next room stayed there until 11–12 pm and made a lot of noise, disturbing sleep, and late at night the upstairs toilet made a sloshing sound downstairs, which was very unsatisfactory; the room’s hygiene needed improvement, the sheets hadn’t been changed when I entered, the fridge was filthy and unusable, so to attract more guests, the room cleanliness and soundproofing should be improved.

The staff were really nice and welcoming, just ask for help and they’ll assist you. We had two rooms: one on the first floor and one on the top floor. The first‑floor room had no operable windows, only panels facing the reception area, so we could hear everything in the reception, outside our door, and even outside the hotel because the front door was always open. The worst part was the mold smell and visible mold on the walls and in the toilet—unbearable, almost a health hazard, though we stayed only briefly and endured it, but all our clothes smelled like mold. I don’t think the other rooms were as bad but overall there were many moisture issues. Our room was probably not cleaned properly (trash left, surfaces not wiped, shower clogged). The top‑floor room was next to staff cleaning, which was okay but somewhat unsightly. The windows offered the worst views, but I don’t blame the hotel for that, just the location in district 5. The balcony at the very top was usable by everyone, which was nice, but the hotel is clearly worn and has had better days. In short: if you smell mold, ask for a new room because it will only get worse, but otherwise the hotel is generally fine.
