The front‑desk staff were professional and welcoming. When we arrived there was a strange smell in the room, the towels smelled awful, and there were no curtains on the windows. The next day they replaced the curtains and provided fresh towels, so I think the problem happened before we got there.

The food at Enfield is fantastic, I can’t find any fault. Brianna and Nick were understanding and helpful when we raised our concerns. There were problems with the rooms and a rude staff member, but the issues were addressed with understanding once we pointed them out, so I’m not blaming the hotel at all.

The room I received didn’t have a microwave, but otherwise it was fine. The staff were a little dirty.

The bed was comfortable enough. The bathroom was poor: the carpet had loose threads, traffic noise was loud, I couldn’t open the window, and there were no breakfast items in the room. The step up into the bathroom caught my bare foot twice, which hurt.
