“Regular”
Malo y muy caro de los más caros y peores que he pagado a las 10.25 sin decir nada a las mesas quitaron y lo desagradables que ha sido desayunar con las palomas.En recepción nos informaron que el spa es hasta las 20:00.A las 18:15 llamamos y nos dijeron que ya no se podía porque el último pase es de 18:00-19:30, cuando en recepción nos dijeron que era hasta las 20:00h. Casi todo
The pool was good. Cleaning was lacking.
Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff, beautiful setting and just a 10 minute walk to the beach. I would highly recommend

The view of the golf course was nice. The reception staff were not. The rest seemed to have an attitude. The blonde girls at the pool hissed and puffed at every request, never smiled. They refused to serve me at the main bar and sent me to the pool bar. They didn’t stack bottles so I had to come back, which I asked her. Another person was rude to my friend about where he smoked. One evening the guy at the bar said “yes” when we asked what we wanted. Just awful. Better service is available at much cheaper places we’ve stayed, at half the price. The place needs updating urgently. Loose floor tiles, rust in the bathroom, broken patio door to the balcony.

The pool location and staff treatment were positive. The water hygiene was not what one expects from a 4‑star hotel; it was cloudy and the floor was full of duck droppings. It could be improved before opening the space each morning.
