“Good location and spacious room. Staff to be trained to provide better customer experience”
The bedroom is big, but the service staff talk loudly whenever we had breakfast or waited for the Uber, and there is no proposed chair in the room.

The front desk staff are pretty good; on a rainy day we borrowed an umbrella from them immediately, and for the four days we stayed, we asked them to clean each day and they did. The four‑person room on the top floor, 9th floor (room 901), has a high ceiling that feels comfortable, and the main thing is it’s super quiet, almost like an apartment hotel. Inside there’s a stove and microwave so you can cook for yourself, which is very thoughtful. I highly recommend it for people who like quiet; downstairs at night it’s lively and many restaurants are good for a small drink.

The large room is very nice, but we couldn’t use the Jacuzzi outside because of the weather.

Although it’s a bit far from the station, the location and amenities are convenient, the price isn’t expensive, and the lobby has water and ice to fill. The bathroom isn’t separated into dry and wet areas, the cleaning isn’t very thorough but acceptable, the room is a bit dark, and there are few outlets.

The location is great because it’s in the central area of Seomyeon. There’s a useful elevator to bring luggage to your floor. Our room was spacious, had AC and a large smart TV. The stairs in the penthouse room have a random wide gap between two steps, so you need to be careful. The lift only goes to the floor just below the penthouse, so you still have to climb stairs to reach the room, which matters for those who have difficulty climbing. There was no bathroom door in our room, which was mildly inconvenient.
