The room was spacious, the bedding comfy, the fridge and microwave worked, and the towels were soft—everything was perfect, plus I could swim in the pool and had a great breakfast. Nothing to complain about.

It’s close to the park entrance, the free breakfast was decent, and the restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel.

The check‑in staff were extremely rude at the lodge reception. The rooms are very dated and super noisy; you can hear every movement from the room above. There weren’t enough towels – we booked for four people but received only two. Breakfast was horrible. The whole complex is confusing; it’s unclear why the three hotels aren’t independent, and the old name gives Ruby’s Inn a bad reputation. The advertising photos are very misleading, especially the claim that it has a pool – it does, but it’s part of the other hotel, more of a drive away than a walk.
