“Worth the pay”
The hotel offered many main events, and there was nothing negative to mention.
“The staff was amazing”
The hot tub had unclean water that was a different color. There was a microphone in our room, a bag of chips my son had, and several microphones on the carpet and the desk where the TV was; we even have a video recording of it.
“The hot tub and pool was nice. People were nice. The Mexican restaurant was delicious.”
The room could have been larger. I found a pill right by the bed that my son could have taken, but we saw it first.
“Disappointing.”
The pool and location were good, but the room smelled musty, the bathroom was old and outdated, the floor was dirty, the toilet didn’t flush well, and the air‑conditioning fan was very loud.
“The hotel was fine for what we needed. It could have been cleaner.”
Breakfast was typical, similar to what you’d find in most hotels, but the coffee was a pre‑made, poor excuse.
