“Overall, very nice”

The outdoor space was clean and pleasant. I did spot an M&M candy on the floor near the bed, which makes me wonder how the rooms are being cleaned.

“NO POOL/Breakfast included. Stay somewhere ELSE”

The staff were friendly and parking was convenient, but the link that described the hotel and amenities was completely inaccurate. It claimed there was a pool, hot tub, jacuzzi, and free breakfast, yet none of those were present. All the amenities I listed were stated in the links and confirmation emails, and if we had known they were missing, we would not have chosen this hotel. Those two features were a major reason for our selection. Additionally, our floor lacked an ice machine, and we found bugs on the bed after housekeeping had cleaned the room. After returning, I discovered that some of my personal items were missing from the bathroom; they were clearly marked as to be kept, yet they had been taken. The toilet had problems and the staff refused to fix it, instead giving my son a plunger and telling us to handle it ourselves. This is not the standard or quality expected from a Marriott hotel.

“We enjoyed the spacious, clean room and friendly staff.”

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and modern, and the check‑in staff was a super friendly young woman who welcomed us with a genuine smile and friendly attitude. However, there was no breakfast on Sunday morning even though I paid an extra fee. Otherwise, everything was great, giving it a perfect 10.0.
