“Hotel é lindo e com ótimo atendimento de toda equipe”
The room was beautiful and well preserved, everything looked new, and the décor was gorgeous. The hotel’s dining area offered an amazing view of the sea and a volcano. The hotel provides a transfer to the town center because its location is far; you need a car or the hotel’s transport. The location is far from the center and the beach, so a car is necessary to get around. We booked with half‑board, but we didn’t like the menu offered; it was different from what other guests had. One day I requested a chicken that was on the menu, but it arrived raw, and we couldn’t eat it.
The view was good. The atmosphere at the location was not great.

The views from the hotel were great, the staff were super friendly and attentive, and the cleaning and breakfast service were very good.
Everything was fine. Nothing to complain about.
The restaurant was superb and the terrace was great.
