“Very unhappy and annoyed with the management”
The lift itself is broken but the management not even inform before stayed. We need to paid another building tax but not even can stated for what cost. Too many cockroaches in the room
The place is in a good spot and the lift makes getting around a breeze, but nothing else really stands out.
“All is fine except for the broken water heater.”
Check‑in was quick even though it was already after 8 pm, and checking out early at 6:45 am was just as easy. The hot water heater wasn’t functioning, so I had to bathe in cold water both at night and the next morning, which made the bath far from enjoyable.
“Terrible”
Location is ok. The staff cannot speak Malay well. 2 night stay without SHOWER in the morning because of water supply problem
“Good room at a good price”
This time my room was on the 3rd floor and the hot water heater actually worked, so I enjoyed a great shower at night and another fantastic one in the morning 😁😁😁. The only downside was that there was no free coffee 😢😢😢.
