Hotel Sonam Tawang Contact: +91 98865 54691 I had booked Hotel Sonam Tawang around 20 days before check-in and paid approximately ₹31,000 in advance. However, before the check-in date, the hotel staff transferred us to another third-class homestay without proper information or consent. The alternate property had very poor facilities and services, which was completely different from what was promised at the time of booking. This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I am a travel agent myself, and if such treatment can happen with me, regular guests may face even bigger problems.
