clean, comfy room, good parking. visiting friends in denver & this property was nearby. renovated room, nice lighting, comfortable beds, fridge, microwave. glassblock trim created a 'nightlight' in bathroom, very nice. friendly staff. in spite of busy colorado blvd, our 2nd fl room not noisy. was half the price or better than everything else. busy colorado blvd , sometimes easier to exit lot on tennessee & go thru neighborhood

The spot is great and you get good value, even though it sits on a busy street the room stays mostly quiet. The shower was awful – the head was missing, so you couldn’t get a decent shower, and the water was either too cold or too hot and blasted hard.
