The ocean smell was a bit strong

The location was right above the sea, with rooms and balconies facing the sea from the cliff. However, breakfast wasn’t included; the buffet we paid for was fine but had limited food options and no vegetables at all.

“It did not live up to the hype for the price.”

The view was beautiful, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom spacious; the front desk staff were friendly. Yet I expected a stellar facility based on the advertising and the price. I’ve stayed at Lighthouse Inn and Suites for years with a full ocean view, and my “premium room” at Pacific Point only had a side view of the ocean (not a direct view) for about $200.00 more. The room was nice but a little cramped, some parts of the facility seemed outdated (doors, for example), and my “late checkout” was only at 12:00.

“Comfortable and Chic”

I loved the decor and how spacious the rooms and bathroom were.

“A great hotel set on the Pacific coastline”

The hotel’s location, just off the main highway, offered great views of the Pacific and warm swimming pools. Breakfast was offered at the hotel but was very limited, though there are some great eating places nearby for an evening meal; I would recommend ‘The Blast and Brew’.
