Everything was within easy reach of stores and food spots. However, the bed sheets and comforters were clearly dirty, and I developed rashes during my stay.

The beds were comfortable and the pillows felt so good we wanted to take one home. The hotel is literally across the street from a Tim Horton's and only a five‑minute drive from our concert venue. The staff were lovely. The only odd thing was that we were handed the room right in the hallway after the reception desk had closed—nothing unsafe or loud, but it felt like a “just‑booked‑through” room that could be tossed out. It would be nice to have another trash bin besides the one in the lobby for breakfast plates, cups, and banana peels.

The staff were pleasant, helpful, and professional. The room was fine, and the free breakfast was adequate. The facility was clean and well maintained. The bed and bedding were comfortable, towels were standard, and the shower worked well. The location is convenient, right on the corner of two major roads that can get congested, but our room faced the back and stayed quiet. Wi‑Fi was reliable. We stayed during the Cobble Beach Concours, so the hotel was full, yet the staff handled everything smoothly. The wall‑mounted hair dryer didn’t work, but a backup was thoughtfully provided in the closet. The HVAC unit was missing a knob, which made adjusting it difficult, though we didn’t use it much. Online check‑in was offered and was fine, but I spent extra time taking photos and entering my Driver’s Licence only to have the front desk ask to see it in person—saving time by not doing it in advance isn’t really possible. I’m not a fan of Dynamic Pricing; we stayed Sunday night as well, and it was two or three times cheaper than Saturday night, but that’s becoming normal. The TV offers only streaming, no regular cable, which is common now and we didn’t use it much.

Check‑in was efficient, and the bed was comfortable. No instructions were given for operating the TV, and the bathroom grout needs cleaning.
