The location was spot‑on, though it was a bit noisy at night, which is understandable given the great spot.

The spot is spot on, but the sofa bed is a bit lumpy, nothing huge though.

The staff were helpful, the location was great, and basement parking was available, but the mattress felt uneven and the sofa bed had to be set up by yourself (we had to go back down to grab the sheets because they weren’t in the apartment).

Great stay at Cove Minshull Street. The apartment was very spacious and had handy facilities for cooking. The location was tip top and the staff were friendly and helpful. The underground parking was very useful, although an additional cost. It's a little tight, but not to be unexpected in a city
