The hotel had some redeeming qualities, the state of the bathroom sink was a major letdown
The hotel's location was one of its best features, but unfortunately, that's where the positives ended

I thoroughly enjoyed my dining experience at this hotel, as I ended up eating there almost every day during my 13-day stay

“Je ne recommande pas cet établissement”
The staff are kind. The room smelled really bad and the beds were not at all comfortable; the mattresses were too worn.
The hotel was comfortable and well‑located. The downside was the lack of a hot tub, and the indoor pool was cold.
The location is great. I don’t eat in the morning but it looked and smelled good. The service staff were difficult. I tried to add a day onto the front of my reservation/stay and could not easily do so. I couldn’t add the night to my existing reservation so I tried to call your front desk for help numerous (at least 3) times with never an answer. I ended up making a separate reservation online and when I came to check in that first (added) night it took a long time to explain and the woman at the desk finally made it so that I wouldn’t have to change rooms. However, in the morning housekeeping came to clean my room and was surprised I was not checking out. I left the hotel for my activities that day and I received a phone call from a woman who was rude and short with me stating I was supposed to check out of my room at 11:00. I explained…again…and she remained rude stating “well, no one communicated that to me”. It was awkward and took a lot of time to stand at the desk so long at check in, explain to housekeeping and then receive a nasty phone call while I was out with my friends accusing me of not checking out of my room. Also, I was very uncomfortable seeing young children with the housekeeping staff there at night eating their dinner in the lobby space and playing on the computer in the lobby area . I will not return for these reasons but really hope things work out there because it could be really nice

The room, however, had a horrible odor; the pillows smelled straight up poop. Front‑desk staff came and went as they pleased, and I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes before anyone actually helped me.
The place was beautiful, and I especially enjoyed the popcorn—what a nice touch. The staff were very welcoming.
