The location was good for our river cruise. The unit was clean, rooms were tidy, and the pool was large. We had no internet, and to get food we had to take a taxi because there is only a small coffee shop outside the property which isn’t always open and offers limited items.

Mary, my manager, was truly amazing with me and my friends, offering good plans at a great price, excellent food, everything was nice.

The safety and comfort. Omg, the manager was amazingggggg. I was a solo traveller and she made sure I was very comfortable. I booked a hot air balloon for September, but apparently, hot air balloons stopped running since July and I had no idea 😭. She called the hot air balloon company to make sure, so I wouldn’t wake up and be waiting by 5am for nothing. There was WiFi, a pool, very neat and I woke up to a River Nile view. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Luxor. ❤️. Nothing

The property was clean and very comfortable. The Suite was stunning and had all the equipment you need for travel. The staff were super nice.
