Premier Nergis Beach & SPA

“Amazing”

The staff were very friendly, the location was perfect, the food was nice and hygienic, and the rooms were clean; we had a great time. They assigned us a good room, but we preferred a sea‑view room. It wasn’t available that day, but the next day they gave us the sea‑view room.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The day before we arrived, I called to ask if early check‑in was possible, explained why we needed it, and said we’d plan our trip around the answer. The hotel assured me it would be fine. When we got there, the person who introduced herself as the Guest Relations Manager told us we couldn’t check in before the official 2:00 p.m. time, despite my phone confirmation, and she was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. When we asked to speak to the Reception Manager, he was much more polite and told us our room had been upgraded and would be ready around 1:00 p.m. Still, good communication alone isn’t enough; a competent manager must keep promises. In the end we didn’t get our room until 2:05 p.m. Even though we had confirmation the day before and arrived two hours early, we were left waiting and inconvenienced. I would never recommend a hotel that treats its guests this way and offers such a disappointing experience.

“Lovely, small all inclusive hotel on Marmaris seafront”

The location is perfect, close to a shopping centre, shops, the beach and restaurants. The food is amazing, the variety is good, and they were accommodating to my son’s severe dairy allergy. The rooms are clean and large. The staff spoke English. I would definitely stay again.

The best holiday! The hospitality is beyond praise! The “all inclusive” package was liked (varied food, tasty cocktails).
