The place is in a great spot, close to a park, a museum and shopping malls, and the lobby and breakfast staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to assist with any request. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and spacious, and the club lounge staff deserve special praise for their friendly, caring, and wonderful service to my wife, who had a leg injury. The only downside was that the TV in the room was old and not a smart TV.

The Intercontinental offers luxurious facilities, but the hotel feels deserted; many amenities close at odd times or have no staff present, and there was no air conditioning in April.

The room was spacious with a nice view and the breakfast was very good, featuring a large selection. However, the safe broke twice and the telephone was old-fashioned with poor sound quality.
