Santarena Hotel at Las Catalinas

“A must visited place. Stay 4 days at least to enjoy everything this jewel has to offer”

Hotel Santarena blew us away; it sits right across the beach and in the heart of Las Catalinas, so restaurants, cafés, boutiques and an adventure shop were all within arm’s reach. Everyone on the staff was friendly, well‑educated, professional and helpful. The food at the indoor restaurant was tasty and beautifully plated, and the dining atmosphere was superb. I didn’t find any shortcomings—I loved everything about this place.

“Gran propiedad, mal staff”

The location was very convenient for the Xterra activity, close to restaurants and with beach access. The Concierge team at Las Catalinas were very friendly, showing a clear difference from the hotel staff. The restaurant staff, especially the hosts in the evening and morning, could use a hospitality training course; their interactions were indifferent, lacking courtesy towards guests with luggage, and they offered little in terms of alternatives or solutions.
