It was nice to unwind in the leisure center, though some showers didn't work and the hot tub had a big hole. We had stayed here before and liked it, but this time the bar food was poor and the selection limited. Breakfast the next morning was worse, with an empty bread and pastry basket and only filter coffee. A once‑pleasant hotel now feels like a place spiraling down.

The family room was great, the beds were very comfortable, and the stuff was gentle. Breakfast was good and the pool was enjoyable. The pillows were fine, but the shower and towels felt rough.
