“Excellent stay in Best Western Plus Nelson !”
The breakfast was a nice change from the usual, with interesting flavours, and the pizza one night was good too. The staff at the restaurant and at the desk were excellent. I can’t think of anything else except maybe lowering the music in the restaurant. Parking was scarce.
“Good location, friendly staff, comfortable room”
The staff were helpful, letting us in early, and they gave us friendly restaurant recommendations; the restaurant next door was very good. The carpet on the stairs could use a replacement—it looks a little worn.

The staff were friendly, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel was close to everything with free parking. The shower corners need some elbow grease.

The rooms were nice and clean, and the location on Baker Street is perfect; free parking is definitely a big plus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves fantastic food, whether it’s breakfast or dinner—just remember to book dinner because it’s super busy, but it’s worth it. The only downside is that it’s too far to visit more often.
