The location is ideal for visiting Shibuya, and the hotel offers drinks and a daily sweet snack. There was little interaction with the staff, but that might depend on the usual clientele the hotel targets.

The location and neighborhood are wonderful for Shibuya, and all the restaurants around the hotel are extremely good. The hotel is full of free services; all the products for Gianni are given as gifts, including the action. The room was really small, not recommended for those with large luggage—8 pictures of the room!

I couldn't sleep all night because the concert hall was right next to the hotel and the room was tiny.

The location was good and the place was clean, but the room in the basement was small.

The location was great and the room was clean, and there was nothing negative.
