First of all, the welcome from the two owners Massimo and Lorenzo shows right away the passion and care they put into this renovation and their work. The property itself is truly beautiful, a flawless blend of an agricultural farm and a modern taste in furnishings that is quite centered and tasteful. Even though it is in a very convenient spot outside the highway, it is still immersed in nature. The large room with very nice finishes is equipped with every comfort. I especially liked the king‑size bed with a 5‑star hotel mattress. We stayed only one night but it was a pleasure to meet and chat with the hosts. Highly recommended.

Communication was fine, but I’m still wondering why Massimo needed to copy my identity card; I felt uneasy about how my ID and credit‑card details were handled, the bathroom suffered a serious technical fault with the shower drain breaking and flooding everything with dirty water, and I didn’t know where to register the two small dogs—though I reported them later on site. I was charged €15 for the dogs and €115 for the room, which is more than what the hotel’s own website lists. The third bed was never made up, so I’ll never return, and I didn’t take any photos.
