The pool was nice. The bathroom had no hot water or the water temperature fluctuated a lot.

“precio-calidad”

The pool for relaxing, the parking spaces, and the staff’s attentiveness were positives. Families disrupted quiet hours late at night, and room noise from outside was audible. The Wi‑Fi signal was weak, so it’s not a good spot for work. In the area there are no places to have breakfast, and the hotel doesn’t provide that service.

“La alberca está padre, pero las cucarachas no”

The pool was great, the young staff were friendly, the surrounding greenery was lovely, and I could hang wet clothes on the line; however the fan didn’t work, rooms needed maintenance, a giant cockroach walked across one family member’s room at night, we kept killing spiders, ants, and small cockroaches, and the bedroom was very small.

Thanks, but there were insects, spiders, and flies; rooms need fumigation, sheets are thin and towels aren’t changed unless you ask for clean ones, cheap toilet paper breaks easily and isn’t replenished daily, hot water was missing most days, and Wi‑Fi keeps failing.
