The staff were friendly, but everything else was a mess. The room needed a deep clean and the furniture required dry‑cleaning and restoration. The hydro‑massage tub had never been serviced – debris flew out of the jets, the tiles were awful and the water felt slimy. In the evening the restaurant downstairs turned on karaoke, and the noise lasted until 23:30. There were too few hygiene supplies, and the TV was a 2000‑year‑old model that only offered TV channels, no browser or YouTube.

Water was gas and non‑gas, and there were toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and gel. The music played until 12 am on the street, the furniture in the room was yellowed by age, the carpet hadn’t been washed in a year, the exhaust fans were dirty with a thick layer of dust, there was no curtain in the bathroom, water splashed everywhere, and the sink was covered in mold and grime.

The luxury room was nice, with slippers, toothbrushes, soap, toilet paper, and a hair dryer. The karaoke bar was audible until 12 am, so if you want to sleep early, this isn’t the place for you.
