We stayed just one night and dined there; the meals were hearty and tasty, and the staff were pleasant and friendly, although some were rather slow and apathetic. Many rooms lacked real privacy—the glass doors open onto a client‑passing patio, the rooms are modestly equipped and not sound‑proof, so you hear neighbors in adjacent rooms or street noise, and the plumbing is extremely loud. The pool is not very appealing and quite dirty.

The large, beautiful room with a terrace, the quiet location just outside the city centre, the excellent food, and the friendly staff were all outstanding.

A nice boutique hotel in Windhoek, ideal for a pre‑ or post‑safari stopover; I recommend it. This is our second stay and we would stay again.
