Everyone was super friendly, the food was delicious, the stay was peaceful and comfortable, and they were always attentive; I loved it.

Clean, in good condition, quick and impeccable service, pretty beach, many pools. The buffet could use improvement.

The surroundings are beautiful, but the place doesn’t merit five stars; the staff practically begged for tips and ignored you if you didn’t give anything. You have to stand in the scorching sun for an hour just to book a table, otherwise it’s full, and the entertainment was so amateurish it was laughable. The rooms looked nice but were extremely noisy because a thin plaster wall let you hear everything from the neighboring room, even soft sounds. I will never return.

Horrible. No options and not worth what we paid for. We were expecting more, same goes with the service. Overall very disappointing for what we paid for. The best food was pizza, for what we paid for it should of been steak and ceviche. That is not even on the menu. Overall the service was bad. The pool and the beach were great, but service and the food were horrible. Also the fact that all inclusive didn’t mean all inclusive. Some drinks had a higher price tag, at least that is what our bartender told us.
