The staff were friendly, but I had to switch rooms because the bathroom sink was clogged, the road outside was being paved and it was noisy, the TV wouldn’t turn on, and the curtains in the sitting area had big tears.

The place was spotless, and there were no issues at all.

The location was excellent, though the pillows felt as hard as a rock.

The location and convenience were great, but the elevator maintenance and the fire alarm checks were poorly communicated.
