The room was nice, but that's where the positives end. The mattresses had bed bugs, and my wife was sick for a month because of them. The owner was very apologetic and helpful, but the staff's lack of attention to detail was a major issue. The hotel is close to the airport, but the bed bugs were a major problem.

The location is a major plus, being close to the airport, but unfortunately, that's where the good things end. The staff's complete lack of English made communication a nightmare, and they even tried to charge us a different amount than what we booked. To top it off, we had to pay extra for toilet paper and soap, and when we got to the room, there was none.

The hotel's proximity to the airport was a major plus, but that's where the good stuff ends. The staff was completely unhelpful, and they didn't speak a word of English. The woman who cleaned our room came in while we were sleeping, and the washing machine was constantly beeping all night. There was no toilet paper, the doors didn't lock, and the windows were all open, letting in a swarm of mosquitoes. We also found cockroaches and giant spiders in the room, and there was no Wi-Fi.
