The location was fine, but I got a cramped ground‑floor room that felt suffocating.

Nothing good to say. The building is very old, the lifts don't work, and there's no hot water.

I slept in a small ground‑floor room with all the basics, suitable for a short visit; the area gives quick access to MG Road and Golf Course Road. The breakfast was nowhere near what was advertised, offering only a handful of items, and the room TV was broken.
