“Nette Lage”
Great location—just a short walk to a fantastic little forest; the communal kitchen is large and comfortable, but there is no staff, so the lovely breakfast room was unused, which is a pity

Self‑check‑in works 24/7, a McDonald’s 2 min away stays open when everything else is closed; the beds are unfinished unless you pay extra in advance, you must fold the linens for cleaning yourself before leaving, and the house rules are odd (no food or alcohol in the rooms, even at midnight, feels like a youth camp); when you first turn on the shower water, it smells like rotten eggs—normal in Horsens but worth mentioning beforehand
